For the past decade, Vin and Nancy Cosgrove have presented their personal experiences of the Vietnam War to Year 10 History students, Vin as an Australian conscript who saw action in some of the worst battles of the war , and Nancy as his wife who had to cope with Vin's post traumatic stress disorder when Vin returned from war. Their presentation today was interactive and highly moving in the form of student participation in uniform dress ups and a birthday conscription ballot simulation . Our students were visibly moved by this dynamic presentation which enabled our students to empathise with Australians who lived during this tumultuous period. Thank you to the history staff for organising this wonderful event!
